Just came back home from the 5 obstacles. I did better than i expected. Got A for incline pull up, sit and reach , sit up ( THanks jackson for adding ) Sit and reach was kinda.. unexpected. Ryan said i should go MnD just cos im flexible.. thats just the most messed up thing i've ever heard ( no offence to MnD members though, its nice that you can do... ok nvm) Ran the 2.4km run yesterday. The ear pieces Yong Cheng lent me kept dropping out half way. Got fed up and just let em hang. They kept making the clashing sound whenever i took a step. This'll probably the first time that i actually have a chance to get a sliver for NAPFA. Hope it happens. Oh well thats all. I doubt anyone will read this but.. Appreciate those who do.
